Do you have a challenge in working with biGENIUS, that you have been working on for some time and for which you have not found a solution yet? We would be happy to support you with this. Just share your challenge with us! Or are you interested in existing challenges and want to benefit from the experience of other users? That’s the reason why we launched our event series „Bring Your Own Problem“.

For the duration of the event, audio and video recordings are made in order to document the event for the purpose of external presentation. You have the possibility to contact us at any time that you do not want any public recordings of your person. You can also contact us after the event and inform us that you disagree with the storage of recordings of your person. In addition to the chat, in which all participants can write messages, comments or ideas, the recording may also contain audio or video recordings of you, provided that you have actively participated in the event as a speaker and by (voluntarily!) enabling the functions (microphone, camera) on your device. If you register for an event, you will be notified of the recording and have the option to participate anonymously by entering an anonymous name when signing up and leaving your camera and microphone deactivated. You will then have the opportunity to actively participate in the event via the chat without personal data being included in the recording. We use the recordings made for external presentation on our support portal. For this purpose, we first edit the recordings and post the edited recordings online on the support portal in the Videos folder.
